Tulsa is a gentle, 5-year-old little guy with a big heart. He absolutely loves people and gets along wonderfully with other small dogs. Sweet-natured and affectionate, he’s the kind of pup who will happily curl up in your lap and stay there as long as you’ll let him.

Tulsa was found wandering on his own, looking a bit beat up and in need of care. Although we don’t know his full story, we believe he may have been abandoned. Despite that rough start, he hasn’t lost his trust in people, or his ability to love. He’s ready to leave the past behind and start fresh with a family who will cherish him.
