Unfortunately, Ruddick hasn’t had the stability he deserves just yet. Through no fault of his own, he has been adopted and returned twice, leaving him confused but still hopeful. Despite these setbacks, Ruddick’s spirit remains incredibly gentle and trusting. He’s ready for a family who will finally give him the permanent, loving home he’s been waiting for.
