Reggie has been coming and going thru the shelter system since 2020, and we don’t understand why. This guy is such a happy friendly dog, why is he so unlucky in love? Reggie needs a little work on leash manners when you walk him; he gets so excited to get out and about. Reggie has a puppy-like personality and loves to play with toys.
