German Shepherd Dog female, 3 years old and 55 beautiful pounds

Nelly is very sweet, but a little bit nervous being at the shelter. This lovely girl needs to gain some confidence, and we’re sure she will once she’s in her new home, safe and comfy. Nelly likes to play with toys—she even carried her stuffie toy back to her kennel so she could keep it close! Nelly appears okay with other dogs, and a social and friendly canine roommate may be able to help Nelly with social skills, and would be a bonus for her in her new home.
