Cesar is a fluffy little heart-stealer with a goofy streak and a whole lot of love to give. This sweet boy came to us as a stray, so his past is mostly a mystery, but his happy, friendly personality tells us his future is going to be bright. Cesar seems to adore just about everyone he meets and brings a soft, wiggly joy wherever he goes. He’s especially fond of toys and will happily entertain himself (and you) with his playful antics. Whether he’s tossing a toy in the air or zooming around with it like he just won the lottery, he’s guaranteed to make you laugh.

He may be able to live with another dog, but as with all potential siblings, a proper meet-and-greet will help make sure it’s a good match. His fabulous fluff does come with a little responsibility. His new family will need to stay on top of regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best.
