BEAR

Rottweiler male, 5 years old and 110 pounds

UPDATE: This big galoot spent some time in the play yard, and our volunteer and photographer were mesmerized! Bear is a BIG dog, weighing in at 110 pounds. He was easy-peasy to leash up and a gentleman while walking. He was a little unsure and shy at first, but he likes attention. Bear has a soft, gentle mouth and THE cutest muzzle this side of the Rockies. Bear is a unique blend of Rottweiler and...we're not sure, but he does have a houndy kind of tail. If you like BIG dogs, you need to come to the shelter and meet Bear. Bear needs a cat free home.

This big, handsome guy is a little bit shy. When he met our tester dog, Chipper, during his meet and greet, he was a tad worried. Check back for updates as we get to know Bear, and our staff volunteers take him for walks, romps in the play yard, and multi-dog play groups.
