Male, large breed mix, 2 months old July 2026, and 13 pounds

Bear is as adorable as they come! This chunky little guy is full of puppy charm, with a playful personality, endless curiosity, and a tail that never seems to stop wagging. In fact, it was nearly impossible to get a good picture of him because he was too busy wiggling, playing, and trying to make friends! His happy, bouncy personality shines through in everything he does.

Like any young pup, Bear loves to jump, play, explore, and soak up every bit of attention he can get. He's still learning about the world, so he'll need a family that's ready to help him grow into the amazing dog he's destined to be. Positive training, patience, and plenty of love will help this sweet boy become a well-mannered, lifelong companion.

Sadly, Bear's story didn't start the way it should have. He was abandoned after being tossed from a vehicle in our shelter parking lot. Despite that heartbreaking beginning, Bear hasn't let it dim his joyful spirit. He greets people with love, trust, and excitement, and he's more than ready to leave his past behind.
