This adorable black pup is pure sunshine wrapped in fur! Patsy is a young, playful girl who loves people, toys, and turning every day into an adventure. She’s still learning the ropes of puppyhood, so she’ll need plenty of training, patience, and TLC as she grows into the wonderful dog she’s meant to be.
